Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. 

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping is calculated by weight and dimension by USPS. 

Native Nectar is fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to be happy with our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at hello@nativenectarbotanicals.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. Returns will not be processed without first contacting us for approval.

Yes! We never test on animals nor do we partner with any suppliers that do animal testing. 

While we do not use any animal products in our formulations, we do use honey and pearl which are animal by products. Please check individual product listings for full ingredients. 

To access your rewards profile, click on Account in upper right hand corner of the homepage. After you login to your account, click on the Reward icon in the lower right hand corner. You will then be able to see your total points, redeem points on an order and learn about additional ways to earn points.
